Refund and Returns Policy

At Hydravauae, we take pride in offering premium, unisex personal care products – naturally elevated. Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can only be returned if they are:

    • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

    • Returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened personal care products cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used personal care products.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

  • Gift cards or promotional items.


3. Return Process

  • To request a return, please contact us at info@hydravauae.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • If eligible, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
